Do you travel to weddings outside of Glasgow?
I do and I love to get out and about to see our beautiful country and further. I’ve been as north as you can go and seen most of the beautiful venues in Scotland now. Contact me for any quotes on travelling.
I have also travelled to Venice and Palma for my brides. As long as your glam squad coming with you is within your budget, I’m delighted to work on weddings abroad.

How soon before my wedding should I book you?
As soon as you have your date/venue booked! Popular months and dates are sometimes booked up well in advance; Summer dates and Bank Holiday weekends can be three years in advance!
The sooner the better really.
Do you do bridal hair too?
I focus on the make-up and leave hair to a specialist in that field. I work alongside so many great hairstylists who specialise in bridal hair and they’re amazing at their craft.
Once you’ve booked with me, I’d be happy to recommend suppliers that I’ve worked with over the years and can personally vouch for.
Which make-up brands do you use?
I use a huge mix of all my favourite tried and tested brands. My kit is hugely extensive and keeps growing.
I couldn’t live without Charlotte Tilbury, NARS, Urban Decay and MAC.
I can also cater to people who only wish to use vegan friendly, hypoallergenic and sensitive skin brands, as well as tattoo and skin coverage make-up.
I’ve no idea what I want my bridal make-up to look like. Where do I begin?
Pinterest is a great app for ideas for make-up and hair.
My own Instagram page has many different looks. None of my photos of clients has filters on them.
Scottish Wedding Magazine and Tie the Knot Scotland always have fantastic ideas too!
How do I secure my wedding date with you and do you take a deposit?
Upon booking, you’ll be charged a fee to hold your chosen date.
The date is then yours and you can relax knowing another bride can’t jump in and steal it!
No date is secure until this is paid and a confirmation is sent to you.
How much time will my bridal make-up take on the day?
For the bride, make-up takes around an hour. For everyone else, I schedule in 45 minutes per person. It can be a bit longer with all of the excitement and fun on the day, but don’t worry; I make sure that everyone gets their make-up done with time to spare.
Everyone gets a wee top-up and lipstick application just before you leave for the ceremony. I work out all of these timings with you beforehand.
Do you have insurance?
Yes! I am fully insured.
How many people can you accommodate on the wedding morning?
I can do make-up for up to seven people myself. If you have a bigger wedding entourage, don’t worry – I can bring another artist with me if needed.
Why is it important to hire a professional make-up artist for my wedding?
I’ve been in the business for a long time, with lots of experience in weddings. You want to be able to relax, knowing that you’re in capable hands and being looked after by the best in their field.
You wouldn’t go to an untrained nurse, or hire an untrained joiner.
Don’t take a chance with your face and skin on such an important day.
